Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti my hubby is from Texas and we can visit at least once, if not more, every year. It's always nice to see recipes that family and friends use because usually things we don't usually make in our home. A few years ago my husband cousin's wife made our Chicken spaghetti. When he told us what made me think about the traditional spaghetti, except the chickens in it. My husband will NUTS because he loves the spaghetti chicken he says and I can not understand why it is a much different with spaghetti with beef. This How to make it

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lb. block of Velveeta cheese cut in half (only need 1 lb.)
  • 1 box of spaghetti cooked al dente
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can mild Rotel
  • 1 lb. of chicken chopped and cooked
  • 1 bag of shredded sharp cheddar cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Start by cutting and cooking your chicken. Set aside.

2. Start your spaghetti and cook.

3. Chop up one pound of Velveeta and melt with cream of chicken soup. Add Rotel to the melted mixture and then add chicken.

4. In a big bowl or pot, add cheese mixture to cooked noodles and mix well.

5. Pour whole mixture into a 9 x 13 pan and top with shredded cheese.

6. Bake at 400 degrees about 15 minutes.
